Welcome to the Rookwood Court Residents Association

We aim to maintain Rookwood Court to a high standard as an exceptionally pleasant and desirable place to live.

We are 82 leasehold flats overlooking the heart of Guildford with a share of freehold ownership structure; each leaseholder being equal owner of the freehold.

Overall management responsibility is vested in a Board of Directors. Directors are annually elected from amongst flat owners who are usually also residents.

Day-to-day management is by our Managing Agent, Clarke Gammon Estates Limited.
